CORRESPONDENCE.
MOA DAIRY PAY-OUT. (To the Editor.) Sir, —In your issue of the 21st inst. I noticed an item in your local and general as follows: “The Moa Dairy Company paid out over £ll,000 to suppliers on the 20th Inst. The payment represented Is 3%d per pound butterfat.” This naturally leads your readers to think that the Moa Dairy Company paid Is 3%d per lb. butter-fat for the November supply for butter-fat. Is it not a fact that the pay-out for November’s butter-fat by tlie Moa Company was Is 2d, and the l*Ad represented a bonus on pail of the 1921-1922 season, as promised in the balance-sheet published last June?—l am, etc., “MOA.’’
