JUDGMENT FOR LADY SYKES. By Telegraph.—Press Assn.— Copyright. Received Dec. 21, 8 p.m. London, Dec. 20. A conclusion has been reached in the case in which Mr. James White sued Lady Sykes to recover damages over the sale by the latter of the Tetrarch colt Noblesse Oblige, for which £lO,OOO was paid. The colt subsequently developed a dropped hip. Judgment was given in favor of Lady Sykes, with costs. The Judge ruled that the colt was correctly described in the sale catalogue, and there was no implied war-ranty.—Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn.
