BANDITS IN CHINA.
RELEASE OF MISSIONARIES.

The Chicago Tribune’s Peking correspondent telegraphs that the remainder of the foreign missionaries captured by bandits have been released.
Tlie Foreign Diplomatic Corps here has decided to send a strong protest to the new Chinese Premier concerning the killing of an American citizen and other attacks upon foreign citizens occurring outside the treaty ports. The diplomats request the Government to ensure the safety of foreigners whoever they may be.
