CHARGE AGAINST JOURNALIST. By Telegraph.—Press Assn. Copyright. Received Dec. 20, 9.45 p.m. Sydney, Dec. 20. An application was made in chambers on behalf of Mr. Hughes, calling on Claude Delalande. journalist, to show cause why a criminal prosecution should not be commenced against him in connection with the publication of an article in the Daily Mail. The hearing was adjourned till Friday.
