ACTION OF PRESS UNION. IMPERIAL POLICY’ NEEDED. By Telegraph.—Press Assn —Copyright. London, Dec. 7. The Empire Press Union passed a resolution urging on the Government the necessity to declare their policy regarding Empire wireless, in view of developments since the last conference. The Union also decided to ask the Post-master-General to receive a deputation. Mr. Donald said the result of the late Government’s short-sighted policy was that an Empire chain was now a dream of the past. Other countries had got ahead of us, and the Empire is suffering incalculably low tfor the want of wireless communication.

Lord Burnham said the former policy could not be defended or justified. A revolution in post-office policy was m quired.
