A. P.P.A. CIRCULAR.
(To the Editor.) Sir.—ln reply to Mr. W. J. Wright, I have to state that a letter bearing my signature was never posted to this man. We do not admit R.C.’s to our association, but advise them to join their Roman Federation. We have no W. J. Wright on our hooks, and consequently he is in wrongful possession of a letter intended for members only. This man has not only kept the letter, but has made its contents public, which is a very wrong act and a serious offence. I challenge Mr. Wright to prove that the letter contained any reference to Roman Catholics. One of the circulars enclosed with these letters to our members contained extracts from the Roman; newspaper The Tablet, edited by Father Kelly. What does Mr. Wright say of the insults to the Protestant community issued by his Church through their organ? No; he has nothing to say about this, but tries to read into the pamphlet what is not there. Have another try, Mr. Wright, and I shall publish the extracts for the public’s information.—l am, etc., IRA J. BRIDGER. Eltham, Dec. 6.
