MR. SMITH AND STRIKES.
(To the Editor.) Sir,—l am surprised that no one as yet has questioned Mr. Smith in regard to his support of the seamen’s strike and his backing of the Civil Service in their outrageous elements, especially the strike of railwaymen when that gallant lad, the Prince of Wales, was here.
