STEAMER CAPTAIN BLAMED. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Auckland, Last Night. A re-hearing of the nautical enquiry int a harbor collision on May 13, between the ferry-steamer Peregrine and the steamer Tiroa, concluded to-day- After hearing new evidence, the Court was of opinion that the cause of the. casualty was as stated in the finding of July 5, due to the default of Captain Clarke, of the Tiroa, in not complying with the regulations, in that he omitted to indicate he was altering his course.
