HIS COLD BETTER. By Te'^graph.—Press Association. Wellington, Last Night. It is stated there is a considerable improvement in Mr. Massey's cold, and a decreased temperature. Mr. Massey hopes to be able to fulfil his engagements to-morrow, and not to have to forego other meetings.
