LONDON MARKETS. The New Zealand Loan and Mercantile Agency Company, Ltd. have received the following cablegram from their London house under date November 30: — Tallow.—We quote present spot values for the following descriptions: Tine mutton. 43s 3d per cwt.; good beef, 42s 3d per cwt.; miSed, 37# per cwt-. Market final. New Zealand Frozen Meat.—Market qutet, prices unchanged. Last quotations 15th inst.: Lamb, average, 11 s4d per lb. Mutton: Wether and maiden ewe, light B%d per lb., heavy 7%d per lb.; ewe, light 6%d per lb., heavy 6 3-8 d per lb. Beef: Ox hinds 4 5-8 d per lb., fores 3%d per lb.; cow hinds 3 7-8 d per lb., fores 2%d per lb. LONDON WOOL SALES. London, Nov. 29. At the wool sales there was a limited offering of merinos and keen competition for all classes of greasy crossbreds. The New Zealand Upcot clip brought top price, 23%d, average 23d; Stanley Downs 24d. At a meeting of Australian Estates, Mr. Andrew Williams, commenting on B.A.W.R.A.’s proposals, said in his opinion the best course to follow in the interests of the pastoral industry would be to divide the capital when available among the shareholders. TALLOW SALES. London, Nov. 29. Tallow.—One thousand and fifty-six casks offered and 555 sold at about late rates, with an occasional advance. Mutton, line 435, medium 38s; beef, fine 44s 3d, medium 38s. DUTCH STOCK EXCHANGE. Amsterdam, Nov. 30. The Association of Stockbrokers, by 455 votes to 7, rejected the committee’s proposal to admit foreigners to membership, as a protest against Increasing German financial penetration. AUSTRALIAN MARKETS. Sydney, Nov. 30. Oats.—Algerian feed 4s 6d to 4s Bd, white local and New Zealand 4s fid to 4s Bd. Maize.—South African 6s Id to 6s 3d. Potatoes.—Local £lB to £2O, Victorian £l3 to £l4. Onions.—Victorian £l4 to £l5. Adelaide, Nov. 30. Oats, 3s 2d to 3s 3d. Melbourne, Dec. 1. The hides market is irregular. All liides with substance, weight and condition are firm; mediums, lights and kips are fully lower. Barley.—English 3s 9d to 4s a bushel, Cape 2s lOd to 2s lid. Oats.—3s 8d to 3s 9d. Potatoes.—£B to £9 a ton. Onions.—£9 to £9 10s a ton. THE PIG MARKET. At Newton King, Ltd.’s, New Plymouth haymarket yesterday weaner pigs made 14s, slips 16s to 18s 6d empty sows 40s.
