Richards advertises in this issue that Everybody’s Meat Supply Store at the corner of Devon and Eliot •Streets will be opened for business on Tuesday next sth inst. The premises have 'been specially erected for the purpose and an inspection would be welcomed by the proprietor. That the motto “quality and service” leads to success in business, if lived up to, has been proved by Mr. N. Peebles, the well-known Eltham storekeeper, as he has 'built up a great business as the result of the quality of his goods and the excellence of his service, and customers can rely on this being maintained. In this issue he has an intimation relative to Christmas fruits, that should well repay perusal, and should he followed by a visit to the shop in Bridge Street.
