The opening of the Manala Rifle Club, to ue held on the Sutherland Road range this afternoon at 1 o’clock, promises to be a big success. The range is in first-class order, and visiting riflemen have promised to come from all parts of Taranaki. Given good weather there should be a splendid afternoon’s enjoymens for all psasent
