On the heela of the report that France and Italy do not intend to ratify the naval reduetion agreement made at the Washington Conference, White House has stated that the Naval Limitation Treaty will be rewritten for the remaining signatories. Paris, Nov. 25. M. Leygues (Minister of the Navy) saye he never gave the interview relating to the Washington agreement, in which he was reported to have stated that France would not ratify the naval agreement.
