THE SULTAN’S FLIGHT.
RECEPTION AT MALTA. By Telegraph.— Pres* Assn.—Copyright. H.M.S. Malaya, Nov. 20. The hour of the Sultan’s arrival was purposely not announced, and there were very few spectators, but the news of his arrival quickly spread, and the bastions overlooking the harbor rapidly filled with people. The Governor, Lord Plumer, boarded the Malaya to welcome the Sultan, at 11.30. The Sultan will stay in Port Tigue. where the officers’ mess has been ■specially prepared for his reception. The Sultan is accompanied by a son aged ten, three pashas and five palace -servants. The Malaya will leave this afternoon for Constantinople.
