FASCISTI MOVEMENT.
SPREADS TO AUSTRIA. . By Telegraph.—Press Assn.— Copyright. ~ Vienna, Nov. 15. The Vienna correspondent of the Daily Chronicle reports that a Fascist movement, bearing the monarchist stamp, has grown to such a degree that the Government were ■compelled to dissolve it. The organisation was formed on the Italian type, the members were bound by oath and drilled as soldiers. It was supported by leading Hungarians and even the Government supporters. It is doubtful whether the movement will be suppressed by the dissolution of the Fascisti organisation, which has also spread to Czecho-Slovakia, where it is demanding the imprisonment oi idlers. THE POLICY IN ITALY. Rome, Nov. 13. Signor Mussolini’s Government proposes to create popularly-elected National Technical Board.?. The electors will receive two cards, one to vote for the deputy, and one for the representative on the Technical Board. Parliament will deal with the solution of general problems, the Boards will introduce reforms and improvements in the respective spheres of industry, commerce, and labor.
