BRITISH ELECTIONS.
FORECAST OF RESULTS. By Telegraph.—Press Assn.—Copyright. London, Nov. 13. The Times analysis of British election prozpects concludes that the Unionists will have a clear majority of 30, perhaps of 80. It believes that Labor will poll considerably below expectations. Mr. Bonar Law has recovered his voice sufficiently to go to Glasgow and make a final appeal to his constituents.
