’ OUTBREAKS IN GERMANY. POLICE CHARGE CROWDS. By Telegraph.—Press Assn.—Copyright. Received Nov. 15, 12.15 a.m. Cologne, Nov. 13. Trouble arising from the high cost of foot, which has been smouldering for several days, resulted in serious rioting throughout the city. Many shops and restaurants were plundered. The police frequently charged with drawn sabres and fired on the crowds, many arrests being ecected. Casualties were numerous. Mounted police are patrolling the disturbed areas. Received Nov. 15, 12.15 a.m. Berlin, Nov. 13. Considerable disorder and shop plundering, the outcome of communist propaganda is reported front Dusseldorf.—United Service.
