TRIAL DURING WAR. FAILURE OF CONTROL. EXAMPLE OF RUSSIA. By Telegraph—Press Assn.—Copyright. Received Nov. 14, 8.30 p.m. London. Nov. 13. Mr. Bonar Law, in a. speech at Glasgow, strongly criticized Labor’s policy of nationalisation. He said the experiment of national control was made under the best auspices during the war, [ but immediately after the war was over the burning cry was to get oack to private initiative. “With Russia’s nationalisation experiment before our eyes we are not going to try it,” added the Premier. “I am in hearty sympathy with unemployment insurance, and hope it will be possible to make further progress in the direction of having unemployment insurance part of the trade burden of industry. I see great hopes in the rapid improvement of‘ trade conditions, and there is now an opportunity for a great expansion of trade with our Dominions.” —Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn.
