Rain overnight delayed the resumption of play for an hour. The Western Province, in the second innings, made 205 (Thomas 44). Jupp took four wickets for 49, and Woolley three for 31. Marylebone, in the second Innings, made 40 for four widkets (Russell not out 26, Sandham 0, Woolley 0, Carr 5, Mead 1, M'ann not out 6, extras 2). Buys took two wickets for 22.
