PLUNKET SOCIETY.

Mr. Moyes has offered the help of some of the High School boys 10 run coconut shies, etc. I Mr. Brien’s offer to make ice-cream as a donation to the society was accepted. The nurse’s renqrt for October gave Ihe following figures: —Number of babies on list (old cases) 265, (new) IS; visits paid tn homes (old eases) 265. (new) 60; received at office (adults) 278, (babies) 223: advice to expectant mothers 4; telephone calls 57: visitpaid to Wait.ara 4; new babies in Wai tara 3; visits paid to Inglewood 4; new babies in Inglewood 4 Subscriptions for October are:—Mr.Reeves ss, Mrs. Allison ss, Mi's. Nicholson os, Mrs. Austin 10s, Miss Percy Smith ss. Donations for October are:—Mrs. Mrs. Ambury 10s, Mis. Fulton Adams
