The following honors are announced in connection with the resignation of the Lloyd George Government: —Lord Birkenhead has received an earldom; Lords Let and Leverhubne viscountcies; and Mr. Hall Caine, Mr. Winston Churchill, and the Rev. J. S. Jowett have been made Companions of Honor.
