LAST WEEK'S RETURNS. The New Plymouth tramways carried 31,708 passengers and earned £332 4s 7d in revenue during the week ended last night. Compared with the same period last year these returns show a decrease of 2323 passengers and £23 15s 8d in revenue. Details are:—
