PERSONAL.
A vote of sympathy with the wife and family of the late Mr. E. Parrott was passed at. Saturday's meeting of the Eltham County Council, the chairman (Mr. C. J. Belcher) stating that Mr. Parrott was an old and one of the most respected residents of the district.
