THE MINISTER’S HOPES. ■ By Telegraph.—Press Association. Christchurch, November 10. Mr. Nosworthy, speaking at the Agricultural and Pastoral Smoko, said he hoped it would not <be long before a Royal Show was established. He -could not remember a worse period than the last IS months, but believed the corner had boon turned. He urged that every effort be mqdo to improve studs and flocks and to establish great studs. 'The export trade always 'held a high position, .but there was room for improvement.
