PRIVATE CONTROL PROPOSED. By Telegraph.---Press Assn.—Com right. Rome. Nov. 7. The Cabinet is discussing the method, of transferring to private industry the State enterprises which produce a deficit. The transfer of the telephone services to private oompaniea would be done gradually. Sipnor Mussolini (Premier) is con. vinced it would be advantageous similarly to transfer the railways, for which foreign capital! would be given full liberty to compete.
