The principal subjects for discussion will be reparations and Allied debts. BAVARIAN UNREST. Berlin, November /7. It is believed that a Royalist eoj6p in Bavaria is imminent. It is equally certain that the National Socialist party will also attempt a coup. Doul6t exists as to which side the Bavarian army will take, except the Munich port/on. which is unreservedly Monarchist, /while the army in the provinces ia clai/med to be Socialist. It is asserted that, the Royalists, among whom are Lud&ndorff and Von Kasr (the ex-Premier have decided if it is successful in Bavaria to carry the coup well intj6 Germany. Hundreds of officers, /including generals. crowded the M'Grigor meeting and displayed threatening exasperation when medical reports were read stating that Sir James M’Grigor was suffering from a mervous breakdown and his partner, Mr. Biss, frtim arterial disease. Both were unable to- attend. A tragic sequel was the sudclen death of Mr. Biss shortlv after thej meeting. He was 65 years of age and recently married. His relatives state chat the failure of the company hast med his end. EXTREMISTS IN INDIA. Delhi, Nov. 6. The report of the committee appointed by the extremists on further t’on-co-operative activities shows that the attempt to persuade lawyers and students to boycott the courts and schools was a complete failure, also that the country war, not yet ready for mass civil disobedience. The report discloses that the committee is a divided bodv regarding future action. The Akali troubles continue, and altogether over 4000 arrests have been made. GREECE REEKING ALLIANCES.
