Captain Erhardt, one of the participators in the Kapp rising, is reported to be attempting to organise a Fascist revolution in Southern Germany. Addressing a secret conference of Radicals and Nationalists at Munich, he outlined a scheme for a new kingdom embracing Bavaria, the Tyrol and a large part of Austria. Large numbers of Erhardt volunteers are being enlisted in Northern Germany.
