DISCUSSIONS AT CONFERENCE. By Telegraph.—Press Assn.—Copyright. Honolulu, Nov. 3. The urgency for goodwill among Pacific countries was stressed, and the need for commercial 00-operation in the Pacific was declared to have never been so great as to-day. . Subsequently the resolutions committee presented a recommendation that the Pan-Pacific Union call a conversation congress to meet at Honolulu in 1924 to considei’ the question of taking action to protect fish mammals of the Pacific Ocean.
