Britain may send Spain annually 750,000’tons of coal, subjecl to a duty of four pesetas per ton. Each ton in excess of that amount pays seven and a half pesetas. Spain has also signed treaties with Norway, France, Italy and Switzerland, thus terminating her commercial isolation.
