The match committee was instructed to endeavor to arrange a imatch between Whitaker and a suitable opponent in the Empire Theatre on November 30, and that a tenround match be arranged between Scott and McAsey if possible. Two amateur bouts, a welter and heavyweight, between leading amateurs, will also be staged.
