FAMOUS TREASURES LOST. INMATES’ HURRIED ESCAPE. By Telegraph.-—Press Assn.—Copyright. Received Oct. 30, 7.40 p.m. London. Oct. 29. Fire completely destroyed Antrim Castle, Viscount Masserene’s home, including a famous collection of treasures, the Speaker’s chair used, in the pre-union Irish House of Commons and priceless historic documents. Viscount Masserene, his family and a house party escaped scantily clothed, while the servants were rescued with great difficulty by ladders.
