Six rinks and a colts’ rink from the New Plymouth Club visited Waitara, where they were very hospitably entertained. New Plymouth won by 14 points. The play at H. On the town green a keen and enjoyable oentest took place on Saturday under favorable weather conditions. The Issue was in doubt up to the close of the game. Vogeltown players were most consistent in their play, and only lost by seven points on the aggregate, mainly due to the good form shown by Hooker’s rink. The sensational shot of the day was made by Cresswell, who, by driving out two of his opponents’ bowls, scored six.
