MONEY FOR IMPROVEMENTS. FURTHER POWER TO BORROW. (By Wire.—Parliamentary Reporter.) Wellington. Last Night. An additional clause of the Washing-Up-Bill introduced to-night provides that the New Plymouth High School Board, with the consent of the Minister, may borrow from the Public Trustee, a sum not exceeding £3200 for such term and at such rate of interest as may ba agreed upon. The advance of £12,000 already made to the board by the Public Trustee and secured upon the rents and profits of endowments shall be deemed to have been legally made in all respects.
