THE HUTT SEAT. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Wellington, October 19. Mr. 11. D. Bennett, a well-known business man, member of the City Council, Harbour Board, Council of the Chamber of Commence, has accepted nomination as official Reform candidate for the Hutt seat.
