COMMONWEALTH STEAMERS. By Telegraph.—Press Assn. —Copyright. Received October 11, 10.30 p.m. Melbourne, Oct. 11. Mr. Hughes is introducing a Bill providing for the appointment of a board of directors to control the Commonwealth Line of steamers, which will be taken out of political control and vested in the board. Profits up to ten per cent, will go to the reserve fund and above that to the consolidated revenue.
