MOVEMENT FOR REPEAL. Christiania, Oct. 5. The movement to repeal Prohibition is growing. The Foreign Minister advocates repeal so far as wine is concerned, retaining the embargo on spirits. The proposal is supported by the Prohibition leader, Dr. Scharfenberg, who admits that Prohibition is illusory in view of the obligatory importation of the large quantities of wine stipulated in the recently concluded commercial treaties with France and Spain.
