UNREST IN ITALY.

RISING OF THE FASCISTI. By Telegraph.—Press Assn. —Copyright. Receved Oct. 6, 7.30 p.m. Rome, Oct. 5. Signor Dellasera, commenting on the Fascist! position at Trent, says the situation has become one of intolerable weakness. The Government promotes anarchy and encourages excesses among the Fascisti. While deprecating the Ministerial crisis, he considers it necessary to form a Government capable of restoring order without useless talk and dangerous delays. Rome, October 5. The officials of the town are now placed under military control. 1
