DRASTIC GERMAN LAW.
MEASURES AGAINST FOREIGNERS. By Telegraph.—Press Assn.—Copyright. Received Oct. 6, 12.55 a.m. Paris, Oct. 4. The Matin’s Berlin correspondent states the German Government is preparing to enforce a series of inquisitorial measures against visitors. All foreigners entering Germany will be required to supply the Customs with a complete list of their belongings. On leaving the list will be checked, and if a foreigner is found attempting to take away any articles other than those taken in the articles will be confiscated. All foreigners in Berlin will be required to prove an occupation justifying their presence, in default of which they will be immediately expelled.
