KAHIKA FOR NELSON. The Kahika finished the discharge of her 740 tons of general southern cargo yesterday and sailed at 5.15 p.m. for Nelson. PROGRESS SAILS. The steamer Progress, having discharged her cargo of timber from Greymouth, sailed for Lyttelton at 4.10 p.«n. yesterday with a small quantity of general cargo. RIMU TO-DAY. Dfie from Onehunga this morning with passengers and general cargo, the Rimu will sail on the return journey at 8.30 to-night. She is due here again on Thursday morning. CORINNA EN ROUTE. The Corinna was to leave Dunedin yesterday for New Plymouth via way ports, and is due here about Monday next. COAL FROM NEWCASTLE. The Maindy Lodge, at present at Newcastle, is to load coal there for New Plymouth (says the Dominion). WRECKAGE AT WHITIANGA. , A large quantity of wreckage has been washed ashore on Buffalo Beach at Whltianga (slates an Auckland message). It consists of hatches, deck planks, cabin fittings, and part of a stairway branded M.I.F.V.S.A. It is mostly of pine, and has not been long in the water. It has not s« far been identified.
