(From Gur Own Correspondent.) For the Farmers’ Co-op. sale on Wednesday there was a good attendance and a fair muster of cattle. The sale showed slight improvement in price to increased enquiry. Nearly all lots were disposed of under the hammer. Store cows up to 50s, fat cows £4 2s, 4oowg up to 50s, fat cows £4 2s, 4-v year bullocks £3 12s, 2-year steers £2 3s, empty Jersey cross heifers £5, Holsteins £4 14s. yearling Jersey heifers £3 5s to £7 15s, dairy heifers sold up to £lO ss. The retirement from his butchery business of Mr. Gamblin, wlio has sold out to Mr. F. A. Reesby, will make a very noticeable change in Inglewood, where he has been long established. Mr. Reesby, who succeeds him, has for some years been farming at Kaimata, and is well known in the district.
