SCHEME TO RAISE FUNDS. A FLORAL QUEEN FETE. With the object of raising funds to effect improvements at the sportfl ground at Pukekura Park, the Sportfl Ground Committee last night decided to hold a novel function so far as New Plymouth is concerned, viz., a floral queen fete, the date being fixed for Saturday, December 2.
