LAWN TENNIS.
OPUNAKE CLUB. At the annual meeting of the Opunake Club, the election of officers for the ensuing year resulted as follows: President, Mr. A. E. Wiggins; vice-presidents, Messrs. F. Julian, G. Hammond, J. Stewart, G. W. Rogers, and T. P. Huhgson; secretary and treasurer, Mrs. F. Hammond and Miss Trotter; committee. Misses Feaver, Heath, Hammond and Chambers, Messrs. Baeyerty, Loesch, Farrar, Groves, and R. Hughson; selectors, Miss Trotter and Mr. O. Edmunds. A large number of new members were elected, and it was decided to hold the official opening on the 27th inst.
