The revolutionary tribunal arrested the curator and secretaries. LOAN FOR AUSTRIA. Paris, Sept. 14. Austria is endeavoring to raise a loan in the United States, which it is stated Switzerland. Italy and the Little Entente are prepared to guarantee. The Morenthau-Kahn financial groups have already agreed to undertake tl placing of the loan. Austria will accept the proposal subject to the approval of the League.
