The members of the New South Wales Rugby League team, who arrived from Sydney yesterday, were welcomed by the Prime Minister at Parliament Buildings to-day. Mr. Massey expressed the hope that he visitors would have a particularly good time. He thought it a very good thing to see Australian teams coming to New Zealand and teams from the Dominion paying return visits. The two countries were beginning to realise they meant much to each other. The manager of the team said this was the first time an Australian League team had be?n welcomed by a Prime Minister, and they appreciated it, but not more than it would he appreciated in Australia.
