Referring to dried milk, Mr. Wells said the Cambridge company’s experience last season was unsatisfactory, owing to the depressed state of the market, the amount manufactured -being 300 tons, of which 200 tons was at present in Glasgow. unsold. However, there was now a glimmer of hope, as inquiry had -been received from Germany.
