CRIME IN GISBORNE. By Telegraph.—Press Assn.—Copyright. Gisborne, Sept. 7. Wm. Henry Terry, liquidator of the Gisborne Farmers’ Co-operative Company, pleaded guilty to the conversion to his own use of £1656. He was committed for' sentence. Charles Eric Spurgeon pleaded guilty to passing valueless cheques for £ll 16s at Barrett’s Hotel, Wellington. He was committed for sentence.
