A COLLIER FOUNDERS. By Telegraph.—Press Assn.—Copyright. Sydney, Sept. 4. The * collier Queen Hee, which has traded from Sydney to Newcastle for 15 years, suddenly foundered off Broken Bay on Saturday. All hands were saved. TEACHERS TAKEN TO TASK. Sydney, Sept. 4. In consequence of the executive of the Teachers’ Federation criticising the proposal in respect of high school fees, Mr. Bruntnell, Minister of Education, has communicated with the federation, saying it is discourteous to him and unworthy of the traditions of the public service. The federation had a lengthy debate on the letter, and passed a resolution of endorsement of the executive’s criticism.
