MAGISTRATE’S COURT. Judgment by default was given in each of the following civil cases: —Lister v. S. Anstice, £26, costs £3 4s; P. W. Allen v. Gordon Porter, Thomas Way and John Nutu, £8 7s 6d, costs £1 18s; Wilson’s Motor Supplies, Ltd., v. Ben Howell, £2 Is 3d, costs £1 3s 6d. Under a judgment summons a claim of £lB brought by C. L. Wilson against Francis W. Shackleton was adjourned for three months. Benjamin Cockroft was fined 10s for riding a bicycle without a light on the Eltham Road.
