GERMAN GOVERNMENT.
CONDEMNED BY HERR STINNES. By Telegraph.—Press Assn.—Copyright. Berlin, Sept. 3. A conflict has begun between the Government and Herr Stinnes. The latter published stinging articles in the Allgemeine Zeitung, declaring that the Government, by the proverbial untrustworthiness of its foreign policy, had lost all credit and respect. It never possessed the confidence of I foreign, countries and had long lost that of the German people. The article demands that all the demagogues, visionaries and fools in the Government, and all megalomaniacs and apostles of new-fangled ideas on national reconstruction should retire into ■ the shade. The Government promptly 'suspended the paper for a week, to 1 which Herr Stinnes defiantly replied by ) issuing the paper and reprinting the ! objectionable articles.
