GERMANY’S ENEMIES.
COMPLAINT AGAINST HUNGARY. By Telegraph.—Press Assn.—Copyright. Berlin, August 31. Germany is aware that Hungary does not intend to support such elements, but the fact that they are allowed to remain there is practically tantamount to support.
